Get a FREE Settle Debt consultation from a reputable company in order to determine if a debt settlement program is right for your particular situation.

If you decide that our program is right for you and you are accepted into the debt negotiation program, there will be some basic forms that need to be completed.

After the initial sign up process, your creditors will be contacted immediately to let them know that a debt negotiation company is working on your behalf and all further communications should be redirected to their office.

This should stop the harassing phone calls from your creditors. Apart from a few exceptions, all disputed accounts are closed and you are encouraged to avoid using credit while on the program. You will be required to keep a record of any calls that you might receive or any violations by your creditors and pass that information to your debt settlement company so that they can have those creditors cease any communication with you.

Your debt settlement company will work with you to determine the funds needed to be saved every month in preparation for your settlements and will continue to work for you until settlements have been reached with all of your creditors. Your debt settlement company will negotiate with all your creditors to obtain the best settlement for you. Settlements can vary between 30 - 60% of the total debt and all settlements are based on the funds that you have available. If you are happy with the settlement and you agree to the terms, a copy of the settlement letter will be sent to you for your approval and the approved payment is made to the creditor for the reduced amount.

Your credit cards will be paid off one at a time, which will ensure that you see steady results. However, your debt negotiation company will continue to negotiate and communicate with the other creditors to update them on your current situation. Once a creditor is eliminated, a fee is paid by you for that settlement.

The process continues until you are debt free. Your creditors will report to the bureaus that there is now a zero balance and your account was settled. You will also receive a letter from your creditors stating that no further money is owed.
